Fees: We accept Traditional Medicaid, Star, Star Plus, Star Health, Foster Care and CHIPS/Superior Health Plan, Amerigroup, Optum, United Behavioral Health and Memorial Hermann Commercial Plans, Aetna, Oscar Health, Oxford. For all others, we do not accept insurance. However, should you decide to utilize our services and have insurance, we will provide you with a receipt to forward to your insurance provider for "out of network" benefits.
Payment: Payment is due at time of service, unless a prior payment arrangement has been made. For the uninsured, we charge an affordable fee per 50 minute session. Payment in the form of cash and check is acceptable.
Sliding Fee Scale: A sliding fee scale is available and may be applied to your current financial situation.
Cancelation Policy: If you do not show up for your scheduled appointment and you have not notified us at least 24 hours in advance, you will be required to pay the full cost of the session.
